4. Recipients of data

Personal data may be disclosed to hosting and IT service providers, sales platforms, payment service providers, carriers and logistics operators, accounting service providers and other entities providing services necessary for the operation of the Store.

In connection with analytics, marketing and social media tools, data may also be processed by providers such as Google and Meta, always in accordance with the applicable legal basis and the user's consent settings.

If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we apply the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or, where applicable, recognised mechanisms such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Personal data may be used for analytics and profiling for statistical, marketing and Store optimisation purposes, always in accordance with applicable law and, where required, on the basis of the user's consent. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affect them, unless an appropriate legal basis exists.

8. Cookies

The Store uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure the proper operation of the website. Strictly necessary cookies enable, among other things, maintenance of the user's session, remembering certain settings, ensuring security, managing the shopping cart and carrying out the ordering and payment process.

Analytics, statistics and marketing cookies are used only where an appropriate legal basis exists and, where required, after obtaining the user's consent. Consent may be changed or withdrawn at any time using the options available on the website.

We use both session cookies, which are deleted when the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which remain stored for a specified period or until deleted by the user.

The Store may also use third-party cookies related, for example, to analytics, advertising, social media or payment services. Such providers may process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The user may delete or block cookies through their browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may cause certain Store functions to operate incorrectly.

9. Security and updates

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, alteration or improper disclosure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when necessary, in particular due to legal, technological or Store-related changes. The current version is always published on this page.
