1. Return (right of withdrawal)
Consumers and entrepreneurs who are similarly protected by law may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

You may submit a complaint if the delivered Product is defective, incomplete or not in conformity with the contract.
